Agreement to terms
By using this website or engaging Kaleidoscope Management (an operating brand of Her Brown Suga' LLC) for services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or engage our services.
Services + engagement letters
Every paid engagement is governed by a written scope document + engagement letter that supersedes any general marketing language on this website.
The scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are always confirmed in writing before work begins.
Intellectual property
Content on this website — including copy, graphics, mockups, and design language — is the property of Kaleidoscope Management / Her Brown Suga' LLC unless otherwise attributed.
Deliverables produced under an engagement letter are transferred to the client on final payment, including full source code (the Website Ownership Package).
Payment terms
Fees, invoicing schedule, and late-payment terms are set out in the individual engagement letter.
Deposits are typically non-refundable except in cases of material non-delivery by Kaleidoscope Management.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kaleidoscope Management's total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid under that engagement.
Kaleidoscope Management is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
